Returns and Exchanges

How can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order right away. We highly recommend ordering immediately so your desired piece doesn't sell out!

How do I return an item?

Pack the item with the completed Return Form that came with your package and ship it to our headquarters using any carrier at your own cost. For the full return address and detailed instructions, visit our Returns page.

When and how will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of you shipping the return. The money is automatically sent back to your original payment method – directly to your card or back to your gift card.

Orders and Delivery

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We try to dispatch orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM on the same day. During Christmas and major sales, the delivery time may be extended by 2–4 business days.

Can you notify me when a sold-out item is back in stock?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a stock or price alert features. Sold-out items may reappear on the e-shop only if they are returned to us from another order.

I found the same item cheaper on another e-shop. Do you price match?

Differing prices at our retailers are part of their independent commercial policy. Our goal is not to match these prices across the board, so we do not apply other retailers' discounts on our e-shop.
Complaints and defects

Other Inquiries

I received a defective item. How can I make a complaint?

Send the item to us, clean and with a description of the defect, to our headquarters in Zdiby. We process complaints as quickly as possible, within the statutory deadline of 30 days at the latest. You can find the exact address and the complete procedure on the Returns and Complaints page.

Can I try on and purchase items in person at your headquarters in Zdiby?

Yes, simply create an online order and select "Personal pickup" in the cart. On-site, you can try everything on in peace and pay only for what fits you. Pickup is possible every weekday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and you can only pay by credit card. Please note that we operate as a pickup point and not a classic brick-and-mortar store.
